Man, do I know what you are talking about! I’ve got boxes of junk stacked up in my garage and the shed in the backyard. It is all stuff I have been sure that I’d get around to eventually. Unfortunately, some of it has been sitting there for over two years. I am diving into that mess this weekend. Look for some major lots of items to be going up for sale very soon!

AMEN brother! I can’t begin to tell you how annoying I find it when rude people start making comments at estate sales. I honestly wonder where some of them come from at times. I mean, we are talking BASIC manners here. How could you ever stand in front of the deceased’s family and call the stuff junk? Some people are quite ignorant it seems.

I personally collect old Christmas cards, but I can certainly understand the attraction of Valentines as well. They have some really cool images on them. If I was the scrapbooking sort, I could see myself using them a lot. Come to think of it, I probably have my old Valentines from elementary school hiding in a box in my parents’ house. I think I’ll have to check that out next time I head over there.

This is SOO cool. I love Disney pins! I got scammed early on in my collecting days by a lousy scrapper. Thanks for putting up this interview. It will surely save someone from going through buying a load of overpriced junk like I did. Another rule of thumb that I’ve learned is that if a Disney pin deal looks WAY too good to be true, it probably is!

I have yet to run out, but I will definitely keep this in mind. I never thought about what a hassle it must become when an estate sale company has to deal with all of the leftovers. This seems like a good idea. I’m glad I stopped by today!

Thanks for the info. That sounds like one heck of a collection that lady had. I have about 40 shirts from around the U.S. and I’m working on building it up, one shirt at a time.
