It never really occurred to me that people might sell off coupons for which they have no use.  Then, I was bopping around eBay looking for some things and up popped Bath and Body Works Coupons!  This is a great example of win/win.  The people getting the coupons still save a substantial amount of money in some cases and the original coupon holders aren't stuck with something they can't use.  I'm going to add a coupon category just for these. If I had noticed this earlier, I definitely would have been scouting out baby formula coupons!

It's funny that I never noticed before that there is a lot of coupon trading going on around the internet.  It makes sense really.  There are some items that I have no interest in that I'm sure someone would love to have.  I have never bothered with putting anything like that on eBay myself, but I am definitely considering picking some up now that I know the option is available.

My family used to always end up with at least a couple of Entertainment coupon books each year as we bought them from someone or another's kids, usually as part of a fundraiser.  I'd say the best I ever did was using maybe 1/10 of the available coupons.  The savings still more than paid for the book itself, but we maximized our value by trading coupons within our group of family and friends for things we were more interested in spending money on.  Another consideration was always location.  My sister lives about an hour away from me and we would always automatically pull out the coupons that were local for each other's area and do a mail swap.

As far as the Bath and Body Works coupons go, I'm thinking of grabbing some of these for future Christmas/birthday purchases for my wife.  She can't get enough of that stuff and I've already spent seventy or more dollars on "small" items I bought for her there as stocking stuffers.
